Join us on TODAY, OCTOBER 28, 2024 at the NY CAMPUS for a FREE CONTEMPORARY DANCE WORKSHOP AND AUDITION with THEATER FOR YOUNG AUDIENCES and WOJCIK CASTINGDancers will have the opportunity to be considered for roles within the 2024-2025 season at 92NY.

Theater for Young Audiences at 92NY in partnership with Wojcik Casting Team would like to invite 4th Semester Students and Alumni to a Contemporary Dance Workshop and Audition conducted by Megan Doyle (Director/Choreographer) and Chelsey Stortenboom (Associate Choreographer). This audition workshop offers those about to start their professional dance careers valuable insight into a typical audition process. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to be considered for roles within the upcoming 2024-2025 season at 92NY. These productions provide paid, non-union, professional credits in New York City. 92NY productions require spectacular contemporary dancers who deliver exceptional storytelling through movement.

WHAT TO BRING:
  • Headshot and Resume trimmed to size and stapled together.
  • Shoes - Sneakers or flat dance shoes (barefoot is fine to for the ensemble dancers). No heels needed.
  • Clothes - Dance clothes or whatever clothing you feel the most comfortable in. 
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The Workshop and Audition is limited to 30 participants. Please only register if you are certain you will be able to attend.
CAMPUS ACCESS INFO FOR ALUMNI:
All alumni participants must be cleared for campus access prior to attending. If you have not yet been cleared for campus access, submit a Campus Access Clearance Form here and wait for next steps.
