This play features AMDA graduate Zoë Takishita and will run from June 12 -15 at Under St Marks in NYC as part of Frigid New York's Queerly 2025 play line up.

SYNOPSIS:

The hit reality show where transmasc contestants compete for the coveted prize of an immediate legal gender and name change on all documents – passport, birth certificate, even library card. The contestants go through challenges, presenting their lives and memories to convince the audience to vote for them as the winner, exploring the connections and conflicts across the vast trans community, and the dangers of selling out for cisgender approval in this interactive, farcical dark comedy from playwright Leo Layla Díaz and director Hannah Marie Pederson. Catch Alum Zoë Takishita (NYC, 2020) as they play one of our finalists in this competition!
