AN ARTIST'S JOURNEY:Industry Guest Discussion with T.R. KNIGHT (Star of Grey's Anatomy)
Join us on Friday, November 18th at 5:00 PM PST / 8:00 PM EST for the latest event in our popular Artist’s Journey series, featuring an in-depth industry discussion with actor T.R. KNIGHT.
T. R. Knight had his breakthrough role in ABC's Grey’s Anatomy as "Dr. George O’Malley." What he thought was going to be a one-season run turned into six seasons and earned him an Emmy nomination for Best Supporting Actor.
Before television came calling, the Minneapolis native was a hit in the New York theatre scene. He played opposite Patti LuPone in the 2001 Broadway revival of Noises Off, played Damis in Tartuffe in 2003, and earned a Drama Desk Award nomination that same year for his performance in Scattergood.
After Grey’s Anatomy, Knight starred in a production of Parade at the Mark Taper Forum in Los Angeles. He returned to Broadway in 2010 for David Mamet’s A Life in the Theatre with Patrick Stewart. He’s currently a series regular on HBO’s The Flight Attendant.
