BRENT MILLER is a television and film producer best known for the reboot of One Day at a Time with Rita Moreno. Originally from Ohio, Miller has been working in the entertainment industry since the early 2000s. He serves as president of Production and Development for television legend Norman Lear’s production company. In 2016, Miller executive produced the documentary Norman Lear: Just Another Version of You, which was nominated for a Primetime Emmy. Most recently, Lear and Miller produced the ABC specials Live in Front of a Studio Audience that recreated episodes from Lear’s iconic shows—All in the Family, The Jeffersons, Good Times, Diff’rent Strokes, and The Facts of Life—with contemporary stars like Kevin Hart and Jennifer Aniston. In 2019, the special was awarded a Primetime Emmy. In addition to scripted work, Miller executive produced two seasons of the political docuseries America Divided. With Lin-Manuel Miranda and Lear, he produced the documentary Rita Moreno: Just a Girl Who Decided to Go For It about the legendary EGOT winner.
